When the stars come out, sometimes they just don’t shine.

Although celebrities are held to a higher standard and expected to look prim, proper, glam or fabulous, whenever a camera’s around (which nowadays is 24/7), they, like us regular folk, sometimes fall short.

Whether it be too casual or too outside the box, sometimes things just don’t go the way they (or their stylists) planned.

At this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, the stars pleasantly surprised us; there were no “OMG!” bad style moments, but there were some looks that made us raise our eyebrows and think, “Well, thanks for coming out.”
