LOS ANGELES — At least one person has been arrested in the killing of a high school soccer goalie who apparently was lured out of his home and gunned down last week, authorities said Tuesday.

A police statement said the arrest or arrests in the shooting of Francisco Javier Rodriguez, 17, would be announce at an afternoon press conference. No other details were immediately made available.
