In honor of her birthday tomorrow (maybe?), Hillary Clinton wore a scrunchie today.

You might remember the Epic Hillary Scrunchie Incident of July 2011. Well, Clinton’s brought it back, this time in black, as she addressed the press alongside Peruvian Prime Minister Salomon Lerner in DC today.
