(Best Syndication News) – Today, AT&T has released a free technical support mobile phone app for their AT&T U-verse customers. The new app is called the AT&T U-verse Service & Support Tool. Customers will be able to use the app to determine if the service is working, or get notification if there is an outage in the area. The app will also be able to remotely restart the U-verse equipment, and more.
The app works with U-verse TV, U-verse High Speed Internet, and U-verse Voice. With the utility tool, customers will be able to know if their service is up and running at any time with the U-verse Service Check feature. If there is an outage in the area an email or text notification can be sent to inform them of the status.
