The U.S. dollar fell against all major currencies Thursday (see average chart below). The dollar lost 0.44 percent against the euro and 0.24 percent against the yen. The dollar has been higher in comparison to the euro seven of the last ten days.
Later in the day the dollar continued to fall (see intraday chart below). The dollar fell 0.59 percent against the euro and 0.39 percent against the yen. The Canadian dollar continued to ascend.
