French First Lady Carla Bruni upped the chic factor at the United Nations on Monday morning, stopping by to listen to her husband Nicolas Sarkozy speak. Carla has been in New York since the weekend and the French First Couple reportedly had brunch with Sarkozy’s ex-wife Cecilia Attias and Cecilia’s husband Richard Attias at the Carlyle Hotel on Sunday. This isn’t the first time that Cecilia and Carla have met–Carla and Nicolas stopped by Attias’ townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan last year.
