(Best Syndication News) – The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opened on June 18th, 2010 to visiting guests at the Universal Orlando Resort Theme Park. This grand opening of the theme park was celebrated with the Harry Potter film actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, James and Oliver Phelps, Matthew Lewis, Bonnie Wright, Michael Gambon, Warwick Davis. There was an estimated five thousand of Harry Potter fans waiting to enter the new theme park on the special grand opening day. The theme park took Universal five years to plan and build it.
Harry Potter first became a hit with the J.K. Rowling’s book series, with popular movies based on the author’s books soon followed. Now, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will take fans into the fantasy world were they can take a tour of Hogwarts castle and eat a meal or get a drink at the Three Broomsticks or at Hog’s Head pub. You’ll be able to fly along with Harry Potter and be able to sample Butterbeer and taste exploding sweets like what was written about in the Harry Potter novels. You can also buy Marauder’s Map, a souvenir to take home, from Filch’s Emporium of Confiscated Goods.
